  Managing Rows

You can edit rows in a table once the table has been created. The Rich Text Editor allows adding and deleting rows.

1.  Inserting a Row

Follow the steps below to insert a row to a new or existing table:

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert a row.

  2. Right-click inside the row for the context menu to appear.

  3. Select the “Insert Row Above” or “Insert Row Below” options from the menu (see the screenshot below).

    You may also select the “Insert Row Below” /upload/sdn5/end user/authoring content 5.3/content editor/insert_row2.png or “Insert Row Above” /upload/sdn5/end user/authoring content 5.3/content editor/insert_row3.png buttons from the editor toolbar.

2.  Deleting a Row

To delete a row, position the cursor inside the row you want to remove and select the “Delete Row” button /upload/sdn5/end user/authoring content 5.3/content editor/delete_row1.png available on the editor toolbar and in the right-click menu: /upload/sdn5/end user/authoring content 5.3/content editor/delete_row2.png.

Note: All the row content will also be deleted.
